D Class lifeboat sent to station in April. This ILB was provided from donations made by customers of 'The Rising Sun' public house in London.
1931
Station closed as Shoreham motor lifeboat served in the area.
1928
A centenary Vellum awarded.
1928
Use of horses was abolished.
